You would wear a set of aligners for 2 weeks, 22 hours per day, only taking them out to eat and drink. After the 2 weeks you change to another set and repeat until your treatment is finished. During your treatment, if your dentist is not happy with the way your treatment is progressing, they will take new impressions of your teeth and carry out a mid-course correction.
